the pine tree beside my front door is
none too pleased with the latest snowfall.

you can see the creased brow and
the two dark ‘eyes’ scowling out at you, can’t you?
or perhaps my mind is giving way to all the endless whitness
by personifying the landscape.
hmmm.
I see a big creature with arms and legs a pointy head and one angry eye. 🙂 It’s mouth is open in despair!
i see two angry eyes (two darker spots within that dark area in the middle), but yes, definitely bordering on despair. fun.
